With over ten years of experience in complex environments, I support organizations through their financial, operational, and sustainable transformation initiatives. My practice focuses on IFRS standards, ESG reporting, and the optimization of operational and financial processes.

I work across the banking, insurance, industry, and service sectors, operating within both private and public-private structures. This exposure allows me to navigate different strategic dynamics and adapt to the specific operational constraints of each organization.

  • IFRS & ISSB Working Groups: Active contribution to commentary on new standards and amendment proposals.

  • EFFRAG Working Groups: Engagement in initiatives concerning VSME standards.

  • Certifications: Bloomberg ESG Certification; UNDP Biodiversity Finance.

  • Financial Infrastructure Setup (SME): Led the end-to-end design and deployment of financial reporting and internal audit frameworks. Directed the selection and implementation of a new ERP system. Conducted transfer pricing reviews to ensure group regulatory compliance, while supervising a cross-functional team of 6 FTEs.

  • Sustainable Accelerator Design (Fashion Sector): Coordinated and developed the content framework for an SME sustainability accelerator programme (11 supported). Designed proprietary tools and methodologies to guide participants through their transition, enabling them to operationalize sustainability and improve their market positioning.

  • Sustainability Programme (Public-Private Organisation): Orchestrated a €30M sustainability programme from initial design through to implementation. Managed the complex coordination of both internal and external stakeholders, focusing on translating organizational values into market-driven business models.

  • IFRS 17 Transformation (Insurance): Led the IFRS 17 implementation for an international insurance entity. Coordinated multi-disciplinary teams across actuarial, IT, and finance functions to manage the transition from IFRS 4/IAS 39, including equity impact calculations and the stabilization of new reporting processes, cross-functional management up to 15 people.

  • ESG Advisory & Upskilling: Acted as ESG Advisor for a first-time reporting implementation. Designed the data capture framework to convert ESG disclosures into actionable business opportunities, while delivering targeted upskilling programs to equip internal teams for ongoing compliance and operational integration.
